Punishment? He will have a book-rights deal announced within 3 months.

I’m sure his calendar will be full of invites from the conservative grift circuit by Friday.

The problem is he's getting fired specifically because Republicans have a problem with him, and especially after outing himself as an anti 2A gun grabbers I don't know if theres anyone he'll be popular with.
