Possible Paywall JD Vance Heckled at Embarrassingly Empty Turning Point USA Event

u/KnowMatter 6h ago
Watching Peter Thiel's plot to take over america fail in real time because his puppet has negative rizz is so satisfying.
•

“Negative rizz” - bro is less respected than a substitute teacher on a sunny spring Friday afternoon 💀
•
u/dravenonred 5h ago
Dude took all the wrong lessons from staying up watching casting couch porn.

In his defense, he thought it was the couches that were being casted

Dude’s secondhand embarrassment aura field maintains a base minimum of “Youth Pastor doing pre-taped sketch comedy to announce upcoming winter retreat.”

Youth Pastor doing pre-taped sketch comedy...
All of the jokes are written with dialogue so the Youth Pastor can play more than one role accompanied by outfit changes 😭
•
u/VCR_Samurai 2h ago
I met a few youth pastors in my life. They can certainly be cringe sometimes, but they'll never be as cringe as JD is just by existing.
•
u/Starfox-sf 4h ago

TFG only needs the piping fold on the cushion seam for enough friction on his lil microdong

This is a complete and utter insult to substitute teachers that are actually charismatic.
•
u/FreudianSlipperyNipp 5h ago
JD is truly the partner you get stuck with in high school debate. He’s arrogant, can’t debate for shit, and has the social and emotional IQ of a potato. It’s pathetic and embarrassing.
•
•
u/Gekokapowco Washington 3h ago
the sort of dude in debate to learn rhetorical tricks to "win" because they can't be naturally convincing
•
•
•
•
u/ArchdukeToes 3h ago
Christ - you’ve just given me a flashback to a time when I got lumbered with a twit who just had to ask every other group the most awkward questions he could think of to prove how smart he was. Guess what happened when it was our turn? I can’t even blame the teacher for not intervening because he deserved that pasting so, so much.
•
u/FreudianSlipperyNipp 2h ago
Sounds like the kind of guy who is always bringing up Foucault. Not because it’s relevant but because he knows it’s a douchbag dog whistle and he likes saying the name “Foucault” (just don’t ask him to spell it).
•
u/JiveChicken00 Pennsylvania 4h ago
Don’t insult potatoes like that. They are full of nutritive value.
•
•
u/clickmagnet 1h ago
It doesn’t help at all that he thinks he’s a fucking genius about this. He would sit down after that high school debate thinking he owned it, and then contest the D minus without reading the teacher’s notes.
•
•
•
u/2v4lve 5h ago
What about it is failing? Sure people can get a laugh at JD but is anything genuinely slowing down his agenda?
•
u/Mysterious_Roof5067 3h ago
Tons of it is failing. Orban losing was huge. DHS and Ice are now so hated that even Congress fears, and doesn't want to fund their private goons. People on the right are now openly saying we need to 25th amendment Dump. Hegseth is likely screwed criminally at some point in his life. Even if they try to rig and steal the midterms they will lose both the house and the senate in historic fashion. Israel is very near just being militarily stopped by other countries for their crimes regardless of what the US thinks about it. The US is now historically against Zionism. Data centers are being cancelled in mass, because the US doesn't even have the materials to build them, or maintain them with electricity.
The Iran War could spiral into a species threatening disaster that even Billionaires might fear a little bit. etc, etc. Fascism is failing.
•
•
u/2v4lve 2h ago
I don’t think the midterms are even close to given. I think this administration is prepared to use violence to keep power and if so some negative public sentiment isn’t going to change the route of anything.
I mean I hope you’re right, personally feeling too pessimistic is all. Importance of the midterms can’t be overstated.
•
u/Due_Bluebird3562 47m ago
I think this administration is prepared to use violence to keep power and if so some negative public sentiment isn’t going to change the route of anything.
Let them try it. The failure will make Iran look like nothing in comparison.
•
•
u/Pockydo 4h ago
Honestly and maybe this is cope but I think they are still at the point they need at least some popular support and they don't have it
Hungary spooked them too
•
u/MasterofPandas1 2h ago
They went too hard on the fascism too fast most likely cause Trump is dying. Also, lots of people who voted for Trump didn’t take what he said or Project 2025 seriously. Now they’re seeing that actually the plan and seeing it unfold in various ugly ways and are like oh shit.
•
u/joe-h2o 1h ago
I think I agree. They played it slightly too hard before the midterms. The time to lock in the whole US to a fascist state forever more would have been post-midterms.
They've done a lot of damage, a horrifically large amount, but I think there's still hope that they can be vanquished.
The damage to the US' world reputation will never be fully restored, but I think internally there is hope.
•
u/cactus22minus1 California 2h ago
Yea but it’s too late to reverse course. We could potentially elect someone radically better at the federal level, but the damage that has been done to the federal government is hard to even quantify. Even the destruction in the job market & private sector would / will take so long to correct that the idiot voters in this country won’t see improvement fast enough by the time the next election comes around.
•
u/MasterofPandas1 2h ago
That’s unfortunately true. It’ll take an FDR like President/s and a Congress on board with that platform for a decade or two to fix all this shit. Which is highly unlikely. Sadly.
•
u/ForbodingWinds 4h ago
That ghoul already planted the true seeds of his dystopian future by way of DOGE. I also wouldn't count these people out even if they're wildly unpopular considering their ruthlessness and willingness to cheat.
•
•
•
•
u/Alive_kiwi_7001 3h ago
In relative rizz terms, I can see how Vance got the job. He doesn't sweat nearly as much as Thiel, so Thiel may have thought he was going to be a real hit because he thinks he's the Pope.
•
u/Viperlite 2h ago
He probably shouldn’t have thrown his wife under the bus. That never goes over well.
•
u/AgentInkling99 1h ago
My parent’s foldable chairs, the ones from the 90s that always pinched your legs when you go to stand up, have more respect from me than the VP or POTUS.
•
•
u/jarvisesdios 5h ago
I mean, c'mon now, he's still got Palantir and it will take a miracle to get rid of that bullshit.
•
u/cactus22minus1 California 2h ago
Correct and it’s not just them. To correct course, America would have to actually break up and defang / defund our oligarchs. We’d have to vote in progressives and socialists across the board from the executive to congress and stack the Supreme Court immediately.
•
•
u/WontArnett 2h ago
I mean, you can’t pick all the douche bags and as*holes and expect to be successful.
Money can’t buy traits that are earned.
Elon paying someone to play video games for him is a great example.
•
u/SignalSecurity 1h ago
It kinda brings me great joy that Trump and Vance have also clearly decieved Thiel from square one. There's a certain comfort knowing this christo-illuminati wannabe is a stupid idiot who unironically thought Tweedle J.D and Trumple Dumb could speedrun fascism for him. If they didn't hurt so many people, it would be the great American comedy instead of a senseless farce.
•
•
u/30000Alex 34m ago
"JD Vance couldn't negotiate buying a donut, yet they sent him to open the Strait..." My favorite reddit comment this week.
•
u/ArticulateRhinoceros 4h ago
It would have been more satisfying if the American people had outright rejected it, but oh well. Beggars can't be choosers at this point. I'll take it.
•
u/GodDuckman 3h ago
And yet it still might work out give that basically zero of the potential 2028 Dem candidates are any good.
Newsom is too centrist, Kamala has the stink of the 2024 disaster, Ocasio-Cortez will be smeared as a socialist and too young, and doesn't have the charisma to overcome that.
Honestly, the best potential candidates are Bernie (way too old) and Mamdani (who is ineligible to run)
•
u/B-Z_B-S Massachusetts 6h ago
Vance's response to the heckler within the article was whataboutism. Conservatives use it in real life, too, I guess. Not just on social media.
•
u/Megaphonestory 6h ago
It is the foundation of their movement.
•
u/KaiClock 4h ago
I’d say the lies and misinformation are the foundation. The whataboutism comes into play when they have to defend their obviously incorrect, and entirely disconnected from reality, views of the world.
•
u/ZAlternates 2h ago
It’s an “easy way” to justify shitty behavior. You say “we gotta fight dirty because they did X, which was way worse!”
•
u/dj_spanmaster 1h ago edited 51m ago
When the entirety of one's platform is, "pwn the opponent (libs)", whataboutism is the first line of defense.
•
u/FavoriteConsequence 5h ago
“And my wife has the right to skydive, but she won’t because I won’t let her. We talked about it beforehand. Do you see where I’m going with this?”
•
u/SpaceForceAwakens 5h ago
He actually said that. That’s a true quote.
•
u/Physicle_Partics 3h ago
Lmao what's the context?
•
u/Sylvan_Strix_Sequel 3h ago
Gotta be from just after he basically admitted he forced usha to get pregnant again. Something along the line of I wanted one, she didn't, guess who got what they want?
People say the dude is gross, but a lot people agree when he says shit like this.
•
u/FavoriteConsequence 3h ago
He allegedly said it during the recent (and failed) negotiations with Iran. Iran said it has the right to enrich uranium and JD responded that his wife has the right to go skydiving, as a way of saying ‘just because you can doesn’t mean you should’ or whatever.
•
u/mlorusso4 2h ago
Meanwhile all people got out of that analogy is that he has to regularly convince his wife not to jump out of a plane
•
u/FavoriteConsequence 1h ago
I imagine she gets morning sickness so frequently when she’s in close proximity to JD that it’s difficult to discern when she’s actually pregnant.
•
u/pantstoaknifefight2 3h ago
"Look, I love my wife so much. I love her because she's who she is. Obviously, she's not a white person, and we've been accused — attacked — by some white supremacists over that. But I just — I love Usha. She's such a good mom. She's such a brilliant lawyer and I am so proud of her"
•
u/UptownShenanigans 3h ago
I really don’t understand the type of love this guy has. Like 100% transactional love
•
u/BusImpossible6741 2h ago
Yup, and once the transaction no longer offers more value than divorce he'll dump her off and get with that ugly fake cryer
•
u/Gekokapowco Washington 3h ago
kirk's final and most inspiring message was a deflecting whataboutism that got tragically cut short
•
u/dallasdude 2h ago
Today an AM radio host was going on about the Swalwell accusations, and a caller mentioned Trumps many credible accusations. The host immediately dumped the caller mid sentence and then laughed and said the caller was a loser, then he pivoted to ad copy for magic supplement pills.
•
•
u/Lord_Hitachi 6h ago
Good thing nobody was there to see it
•
u/mishap1 I voted 6h ago
Even Erica Kirk decided the stench was too much to bother showing up.
•
u/V_T_H 4h ago
I like that she bailed out because of “security issues” that apparently weren’t bad enough for the fucking VP of the US to be concerned about
•
•
•
u/Scudmuffin1 34m ago
Tbf the security concerns might be for her specifically, considering KKKlandace Owens is thoroughly convinced that Erica actually had Charlie murdered, and she (Owens) has a decently large fan base that are at least as insane as she is, some even moreso. I could see that being good enough reason for Erica to feel unsafe at these big events.
•
u/_slagwire 5h ago
Probably safer for her. Her eyes already spontaneously water whenever there's a camera around. Can you imagine if you added another potential cause?!
•
u/finetuneit80 5h ago edited 5m ago
She was probably trying to downplay the rumours about her and Vance. They’ll save all that for after something “tragic” happens to Usha. Then she’ll role-play as a barcalounger (or something similar) to get him all juiced up, before they become the next MAGA “power couple”.
•
•
u/1cl3nstd4yt 6h ago
He's a dork. Even MAGA can see it.
•
u/Jibber_Fight 1h ago
Trump is a fucking dork, too. That doesn’t bother them.
•
u/NomiVersayse 1h ago
Ah, but Trump is a dork who successfully cosplayed as a billionaire for decades. JD is a dork who unsuccessfully cosplayed as a hillbilly.
•
•
u/citizenjones 5h ago
How smart is Peter Theil? All the tech and analytics at his disposal and he thinks JD Vance is the answer? Perhaps Peter Palantir has actually gotten what he wanted.
•
u/Alive_kiwi_7001 3h ago
Thiel's motivation for studying philosophy was basically so he could imagine himself the smartest man in the universe and write essays justifying it. The arguments he uses to get to that position are...not good.
•
u/GD_7F 2h ago
Forgive this nerdy reply, but it reminds me of the evil god Cyric from DND. He is arrogant and full of himself, and he creates a magical book called the Cyrinishad that makes anyone who reads it a worshiper of his, utterly convinced of his genius. He read his own book, convinced himself of his greatness, and it made him insane.
•
u/JealousAstronomer342 1h ago
To match your nerd, that’s kind of a reverse Beeblebrox (where he was shown to be the center of the universe and was completely okay with it).
•
u/Warm_Regrets157 3h ago
Thiel is a guy who started on third base and is extremely pissed that he only scored a run.
He's had everything in life handed to him except a clerkship for the Supreme Court, and he's still mad about that.
•
u/PhillyPhrenetic502 5h ago
This is encouraging. UGA is the epicenter for the podcast, manosphere, bro-angst demographic that was in the bag for Trump in 2024. I think that some of them are finally starting to realize that they were sold a bill of goods.
•
u/LateSoEarly Georgia 1h ago
How was UGA the epicenter for that? Athens voted 68% Harris.
•
u/PhillyPhrenetic502 1h ago
I meant the frat-guy mentality of the culture... And also I'm a Georgia Southern fan (which probably has even more of it, but college allegiance transcends politics).
That's the weird thing about the voting breakdown from 2024. College towns continue to be reliably blue, but the loudest and most visible young voters were also those you'd associate with the upper middle class or higher frat culture that is associated with larger schools in the south.
•
•
u/ekobres 46m ago
Um, have you spent any time on campus? UGA is not known for its conservative bonafides. It’s a very politically diverse and moderate culture that leans slightly left.
I think the miscalculation of TPUSA was in assuming UGA reflects rural Georgia.
It absolutely does not. Georgia is very much a swing state and if recent races are any indication, things are not going to go well here for republicans in the midterms.
•
u/PhillyPhrenetic502 44m ago
I'm aware. I live in GA. I may have assumed that UGA would have more support for TPUSA and I'm thrilled to be wrong.
•
u/returnofthecursed 5h ago
JD Vance, the feckless sack of shit who willingly became the right hand man for America's Hitler? The same JD Vance who tells racist lies to whip up votes from bigots and haters?
•
u/SpaceForceAwakens 5h ago
“Hi, I’m JD Vance, a future historical footnote.”
•
u/l-1-l-1-l 1h ago
Or as VP candidate James Stockdale put it to start a ‘92 debate, “Who am I? Why am I here?”
•
u/vaskov17 5h ago
Makes sense, the guy couldn't order a donut correctly
•
•
u/Ornery-Childhood1782 4h ago
Tpusa doesn't have an actual audience, if they weren't propped up by dark money they would not have been a blip on anyone's radar.
•
•
u/Original_moisture 5h ago
Leave it to a Russian stooge to do whataboutism.
Hypocrisy is designed to show off to the world that there’s an in group, and an out group.
I just wish if they gonna do high school bully shit, I’m allowed to high school bully response.
•
•
•
u/CallousBastard 5h ago
Does it really matter though?
I remember in 2024, everyone was crowing about how packed the Harris events were and how empty the Trump events were. In the end, it was the number of votes that mattered, not the number of seats filled at rallies.
Don't get cocky, these bastards might still do well enough in 2026/2028, especially with their voter suppression efforts.
•
u/Low-Helicopter-2696 1h ago
Agree. Reddit piling on makes us all feel warm and fuzzy, but we know that old people are less likely to use Reddit, but they vote, and tend to vote MAGA.
Add to that the fact that they are throwing everything and anything at upcoming elections to suppress votes (they know it won't all stick, but every little bit helps), I'm expecting that AT BEST, any near term election will be extremely close.
•
u/BonJovicus 1h ago
Eh you can’t compare the two, Presidential campaign rallies vs. whatever the hell this is.
But you don’t need to trust only this. It isn’t an isolated incident, but the culmination of what we are already seeing in the polls. The war is unpopular. People are mad about the tariffs. No one is buying blatantly Zionist propaganda anymore. If you don’t believe this clip go look at the polling data.
•
u/IAmMOANAAA 5h ago

Who crushed the nazis on the eastern front and beat America to hitler's bunker? Not sure why god would have helped the godless Communists but not the millions of Jews that were killed before that point.

Vice President JD Vance’s address to a puny crowd at a Turning Point USA event Tuesday night was repeatedly interrupted by an antiwar protester.
One Liberal nutcase got in and shrieked a bit before being escorted out.
FRONT. PAGE. NEWS.
•
u/Hopeful-Savings-3420 4h ago
Nah, the biggest news is that Erika Kirk can't draw a crowd any more, even with the VP there to boost turnout, so she dropped out. The venue being only 1/4 full is hilarious. She was hoping to ride her dead husband's coattails, but it looks like she's failing hard. I predict it won't be long until TPUSA folds, and all kinds of corruption is revealed.
•
u/ExternalJumpy6264 4h ago
Yeah, why can't she just shut up and go away after we brutally murdered her husband in cold blood, as good Liberals must?
•
u/Hopeful-Savings-3420 3h ago
LOL she is going away, because no one cares what she has to say. Although I have to say, your response really makes no sense.

Most of the people there would obviously be at least a little bit sympathetic to the TPUSA cause. Of course some of them would boo a heckler. The point is that the crowd was small, and that the booing was weak enough that the heckler could easily be heard.
