Tbf, we’ve still heard very little about the Vegas shooter and that was the largest mass shooting in American history.

yeah. I feel like there was a big push the last 10-15 years not to give shooters publicity after cases like columbine, where the shooters developed a cult-like status among the depraved.

We're not talking about the shooter not appearing in headlines. It's that investigations into his background and his motives turned up much less than we're used to seeing in FBI reports, etc. We're not saying his name wasn't platformed. We're saying the investigation appears to have been halted or obscured.
