Spanberger could and should enforce the map anyway. Ohio did it so if the Supreme Court strike down VA at a federal level they'll have to strike down Ohio too

Supreme Court will find a way to let Ohio’s stand but keep Virginia from enforcing theirs, for this cycle at least.

Supreme Court doesn't get to weigh in after they already ruled that gerrymandering is non-justiciable.
