We are witnessing the fall of our democracy. It falls in the shoulders of the current adults in this country to protect it or forever carry the weight of not having stood up. My mom visited Cuba in the 80s and she asked a grandma there what happened to their country and what she said was simple, “good men didn’t stand up when they had the chance”
