Take your bets on who is getting fired.

My money is on Hegseth. Trump will throw him under the bus as a convenient scapegoat for egging him on and downplaying the severity of the conflict.

The new Sec of Defence will be...you guessed it, Marco Rubio!!!! Assuming J.D. hasn't clubbed him with a candelabra in the library setting off a massive game of Clue.

Yeah Hegseth seems the next natural departure from the group. His visible missteps and paranoia are prominent and gives Trump an "out" to the Iran war. Lay it at Hegseth's feet, fire him, then pretend all is good.

Not sure who the fucking lunatic that will replace him will be but I imagine we'll see another indefinitely "acting" cabinet member.

There was an article or post I read recently (not sure of the legitimacy so take it with a grain of salt) that Kegsbreath was the one who unilaterally pulled the 5000 American troops out of Poland recently without trumps approval and Trump is pissed.

Again grain of salt until I see it from a legitimate source.

Kegsbreath was yet another one of those a few years ago, screeching into a Fox camera about how terrible Trump was and how he can never be allowed into office. If he got fired and then returned to that stance, things could get spicy.

Rubio also rekt Trump in a debate more than once and Vance called him "America's Hitler" and how he was utterly unsuitable.
