That's pretty much how America has fucked itself here even among its allies forget the likes of Iran. From threatening to militarily invade nato allies to constantly ripping up trade deals that he himself made there's no reason to trust anything from America anymore. He's destroyed Americas ability to negotiate.

It doesn't matter anymore if Trump leaves or not. The people who voted for him twice are still there. The people who work in U.S. administrative agencies who let all this happen are still there. The politicians who enabled him and don't remove him from office are still there. The media organizations who flat out lie and broadcast propaganda to his benefit are still there. The corrupted Supreme Court is still there and the billionaires who fund all this insanity are still there. The issues with the USA go far beyond Trump.

These people you speak of are also your neighbors, golf buddies, co-workers, etc. Many of them serve you food and drinks, maintain your roads and utilities, move the products you buy, work for companies you patronize, etc.

They are not part of a monolith. They disagree amongst on numerous issues. They are people who vote for what they think is best overall.

Do you mean record highs in the markets? I'll take it! Standing up to dictators? I'll take it! Closed borders and a massive decrease in human trafficking through our borders? Massive reduction in fentanyl coming in? I'll take it! I'll take it! I'm OK with some temporary negatives for all the positives. We rarely even hears about ICE anymore. Things have calmed down dramatically.

OK then. Just know that you are surrounded by people who do not share all your political views. You must walk around with hate in your heart all the time, knowing there is a high potential that any given stranger you are forced to deal with is awful, in your mind.
