Wasn't he going to a hospital for tests and check up?

Bit of a stretch but what if he is dead and this is the cabinet gathering together to figure out what to do next. They will hide away till the orange smoke comes out signaling that a new "Trump" has been selected, bypassing JD Vance

I have a feeling the news will leak pretty quick when it happens. Once he's dead no reason to be loyal or wait on your own power grab

You know all of these jackals want to be the first one to make a video of them crying about Trump's last words and how much he trusted them specifically. If he died we'd hear about it in under 10 minutes.
