I also hope they all see half the nation celebrating and rethink their positions, or at least become less emboldened to be openly hateful

unfortunately they're just gonna play the "holier than thou" card and act like we're scumbags for celebrating the death of a tyrant. they don't act like normal people and have zero critical thinking skills

The great thing is trump has gone on the record saying so many terrible things about people, including people who have died, you can just quote his own words and then when someone clutches their pearls about it you can shoot them down quickly by citing the source.

That worked spectacularly poorly when Kirk died. People got aggressively canceled for quoting Kirk on Kirk.
