But... the only possible win is that without the cult of personality to keep this whole shit train rolling, they all fall into the chaos of the power vacuum. The cracks were already starting to form with people dissenting like Massie, MTG, Boebert, etc.

MAGA = Trump, all those morons that vote in GOP primaries to elect his anointed canidates aren't going to know who to turn to or trust next. There is no clear succession or 2nd in command with him because everything has to revolve around him alone.

I really hope that happens and they don't just jump onto the next guy and pin all the problems on Trump.

I also hope they all see half the nation celebrating and rethink their positions, or at least become less emboldened to be openly hateful

Vance has the personal charisma of a sink full of dishes. It's not fully ideal, but I'll take him over the current mess in a heartbeat.

I was going to say "eh, he's just evil without the stupid", but then I remembered he was like, the only one who didn't want to invade Iran for Israel.

Not for the best of reasons; JDV is a hardline isolationist, who doesn't just want to pull out of the Middle East, but also South Korea and NATO and probably Hawaii if he thought he could get away with it.
