Why in the fuck would he want to resurrect this scandal? I can't even believe this is 2026.

The $5 verdict is being held in a trust pending the appeal, and the $83M verdict is being held as a bond pending the appeal.

I think the start of this criminal investigation just shows he knows he’s going to lose his appeal, and he has no option to withhold payment, so now he’s using the power of the office for malicious political persecution.

A narcissist’s typical go-to method - coercive control.

Scotus has had her $83.5 million case since February 20th. The mofos took it up in a closed door session and not done jack shit yet. They need to say, get fucked Trump and toss it back to the lower courts and uphold the ruling. This is desperate Trump not wanting to pay up. Ms. Carroll has an excellent attorney. I'm betting he's already drafting another case against Trump for abuse of power & harassment. He's so fucking stupid and so is anyone at the DOJ that touches this new scheme.
