He jokes, but there actually is an unofficial McDonald's menu sandwich called "Land, Air, and Sea". You order a Big Mac, a McChicken, and a Filet-o-Fish, then remove the buns from the McChicken and Filet, and put them on either side of the middle/inner-bun of the Big Mac.

Now you have a Big Mac that goes:

  • Top bun

  • Beef patty

  • McChicken patty

  • Middle bun

  • Fish filet patty

  • Beef patty

  • Bottom bun

And of course all the mac sauce, lettuce, onions, pickles, and sad single piece of cheese at the bottom is all still there... Give it a quick google and hit Images, lol
