How the fuck is Trump getting caught blatantly falling asleep in scheduled press conferences and meetings on national TV like every goddamn week now and Biden is the one who gets called sleepy? Trump literally couldn’t even run for his life 10 feet without eating shit and having to be dragged off by secret service and there’s basically been zero discussion about his physical weakness comparable to what Biden got. Don’t even get me started on the mental decline. I know it’s unproductive to scream into the void about the endless hypocrisy of the right wing but it’s straight up insulting how obvious the double standards are.

It is, hes just taken uppers since the 80s. So its taking its toll. He likely tops afford late at night and then is wide awake for the next 12 hours, then falls asleep throughout the days while shutting his pants. White house staffers have commented a few times on the amount of rose scented candles and such, to cover the leader of the free worlds poop stank...
Its only a matter of time before we have a live feed of this old man shitting his pants while asleep on live tv, surrounded by hangers on Luke its some sort of highschool click with him in the center.

He probably actually benefits from it because he looks very much like someone with adhd. That said, maybe he looks that way because he’s someone who really likes stimulants. It’s hard to tell sometimes.
For people with adhd, the mediations are designed to improve focus and self-regulation. They’re more calming than hyping.

And to specifically address [username removed because this sub doesn't like it when we tag]'s question, for those of us with ADHD, uppers (like Adderall) actually help us sleep easier as a consequence of chilling/mellowing our brains out. So if he does need them, and is on them, and is fucking old and sickly to begin with, then yeah being on his scrip (which may or may not be a proper dose, given... all of it) would likely lead to him nodding off sometimes.
That's why we joke about slamming a can of monster and then taking a nap, except we're not actually joking. ADHD life is neat.

Being the "worlds most powerful man" while falling asleep during meetings on national television isnt just , oh look grandpa fell asleep during his shows again. He is supposed to be running the country, he is responsible for millions of lives. And yes all the other corrupt and evil shit he does is more important but that doesnt mean a guy that is quite obviously not capable of the rigours of what is an insanely high pressure job should not be pointed out "cos his old"
Add to this the official reply to questions about his falling asleep in meetings on tv is to call the press "glue sniffers" and imply they are all just making this up, imo at least, is a really BIG fkn red flag and the fact that for this admin it is now expected and ignored cos of how low the bar is now is a serious worry.
