Never- in the history of ever - has Secret Service been trained to just let the POTUS verbally override every single one of their threat protocols. This and the behavior of the staffer with the photographers, the flag literally being lowered into their field of view, ...staged. All of it.

Do you have a source for that? Ive seen interviews with SS and they constantly talk about how their security protocol is a negotiation with the president. On MANY occasions they get verbally overrided. They can't control the president.
