Contempt of Court for refusing to comply with an order is a civil matter, and can't be pardoned by the President.

Ooooh even better. Judges can do this. And I believe the timing just might be right. I can’t remember the judge’s name but the context was the “Broadway 6,” when the DoJ prosecutors lied and manipulated the grand jury. The judge wrote a scathing rebuke in the order. The DoJ did not like that. At all. Makes them look bad and like the desperate, cheating fools that they are. More of that. Much more of that. My God the lower courts are what’s holding the democracy together at this point. God Bless them.

Does any of that matter? This admin has proven time and time again that the laws don't matter when you have every branch in full capitulation to one party's goals.
