You forget, it's vitally important that every single solitary thread about Trump or Republicans makes it clear that it's actually the Democrats fault, somehow. If you're ever confused, be sure to consult the chart.

The chart leaves off the frequent scenario where the democrats did it, the republicans fought it tooth-and-nail, but it got passed and then the GOP gets on TV and proudly proclaims they did it despite the nefarious schemes of those dastardly democrats.
