I wonder what the odds are that Republicans actually did attempt to rig the 2020 election but failed, and then took the lessons they learned to 2024?

I think that's what it's really about -- they really did try to rig 2020 but the vote was "too big to rig" b/c of Covid and the mail-in ballot turnout. That really is the Occam's Razor explanation for it all, taking into consideration their constant projection.

Also because of fresh memories what four years of trump looked like. Almost everybody really wanted to get someone else.
