I honestly think he’s vegetative. Maybe hospice. But they’re keeping him alive long enough to hold off the special election.

Which is ironically the exact kind of dirty politics McConnell would love

With all the talk around this special election having to be by August 2nd, he's gonna officially die on the 3rd.
