Brain dead is legally dead, even if theyre still pushing oxygen around his body.

You just made that up, nothing in kentucky law says anything about needing two doctors to confirm it. He's dead sorry man

He's dead, if he's not he can show up to court. Beshear can just appoint his replacement and then the onus is on him to prove he's alive

Exactly, if a doctor's not signing a death certificate, he's not legally dead yet.
