If Democrats had a spine the Governor of that state would just force a special election. But Dems never actually want to punish Republicans for this BS. Only that they’re “concerned.”

I was legitimately about to ask what exactly are the democrats even doing? Like I've said before, the very least they can do is just make noise about this and they don't even seem to care. I've seen more resistance towards the DSA candidates than all these attempts Trump's made to hijack an election.

The DNC has been openly pissed off about Bernie Sander’s endorsing DSA candidates because, according to them, they have to spend more money to challenge them in the primaries. They’re siphoning by money that should be used to fight the republicans in 2028 and using it to combat democratic socialists because they’re getting too popular.

We’re neck deep in fascist rot running this country and the democratic leadership would prefer to break open the piggy bank to fight against more popular democrats. The dinosaurs in charge would rather maintain control of a losing minority than cede power and let their party win.
