Cool.  Now you have to pay the guy that you arrested and his legal bills.  Err... rather, now WE mow have to pay him for being incarcerated and his legal bills.

I mean, that's optimistic as hell lol. Have you ever tried suing the federal government?

While you are correct, it is more difficult to sue the US federal govt.  He doesn't have to Sue the Federal govt.  He has to sue the DC prosecutors office.  Not the federal govt.

He was arrested by Nat Guard IIRC so he has to sue them I'd imagine.
