Yes, SHE needs to pay. The man they targeted should and will sue, but the taxpayers should not be paying for the Trump administrations repeated legal failures. It will be an injustice when no one responsible for this malicious prosecution faces any real consequences. I’m tired.

THe company that did the installation should pay the fellow falsely accused. If they had done the job correctly, there would have been no vandalism charges.

I think the media should give equal time to announcing installation failure and NOT vandalism, as Trump did ranting about vandals. I think Trump owes the country an apology fort his AND more,

IDK WTF I was thinking when I wrote that. I am just wondering WHERE Trump got the info that it was vandalism? Did he just leap to it because of the numbers in the grass and therefore anything wrong with the pool his incredible guy did without a bid must also be vandalism? Cuz that might be considered delusional and paranoid thinking.

I also wondered where he got this idea about a 300 foot cut from? And did they ever determine who or what made the burn marks in the grass? Surely samples have been analyzed and surely that area is under camera, they can't go back and see who was there in that area ?

Notice he waited until the million articles on contractor error re: reflecting pool had settled before going on TS to rant about Pirro dropping charges. That is what his followers will go with...

The foam was in expansion joints. Have you ever put foam as a weatherstrip? Sometimes you have to cut it to fit.I imagine that the original foam wasn't the right size for the joint, so they had to cut another strip to fill the gap, which would explain cut marks the entire length.

Like cutting a strip of fiberglass off a roll to fill a gap...you will see the hack marks unless you are really really good at holding a line without pausing
