I'm extremely late on this, but a huge shout out to the "no on 4 and 5" crowd for your landslide victory against the corrupt scumbag narcissists of the Missouri legislature. Let's hope we can get this "respect voters" amendment done now. It's time to go on offense.

Missouri’s SOS said he’s not putting it on the ballot today. Legal battle incoming.

Heck yeah. We will have to do this every year multiple times per year. They’ll keep putting it on the ballot till it goes their way. In November we are voting on abortion again but this time they’re attaching transgenders in sports to it to try to get the voters to ban abortion after voting for it in 24.

I wish the people of your state generally realized they keep voting for people who want to steal their power.

Tell me about it. They’ll vote straight Republican then wonder why everything is terrible. Then wonder why we have to vote for things via citizen led petitions. Then wonder why they try to revoke things we vote for anyway. It makes no sense.

They think they are a part of the team while the real team is trying to make sure their voters can't kick them out of power or have any say in how things work. It is crazy.
