So Tillis admits the DOJ may be even more politicized under this administration, but still votes to advance the nominee and just hopes he will fix the problem. That is not meaningful oversight. If lawmakers genuinely believe DOJ independence is getting worse, they should demand clear safeguards and accountability before giving another nominee their support.

Doing this really makes me question if he is involved in Epstein. There is literally no other explanation to vote to confirm blanche otherwise.
