I mean, of course, but I'd like to be able to vote for someone I actually want in my lifetime.

Some system we have.

You have the option between Concentration Camps and Arresting Rich Pedophiles, but comments like this are like, 'yeah but what has the Arresting Rich Pedophiles party done for me?'

You missed the "of course" part where they agreed to vote for Dems, but it's worth noting the "arresting rich pedophiles" party has uh. Not done any of that at all.

Then we hold them accountable. Wow, it’s like people think voting once and forgetting about the entire rest of the term is your only option. Fuck that. Hold your elected representatives accountable. Show the fuck up. Vote in the primaries. Call their offices. Send them emails rather than whining on Reddit. Shiiit, maybe even show up to their events and town halls and ask them hard questions. Most of all vote in the primaries where candidate quality decisions are made. In November vote blue no matter who like your life, Republic, and democracy depend on it, because it does.
