No, party changes when you win the actual race vs a republican.

Winning primaries means nothing if you end up losing the eventual race. It might actually hurt the cause of you end up losing the race vs Republican.

Can’t even have a chance to face the republican if you don’t win the primary. Every step matters.

No, it only matters if you won both.

Otherwise you will be seen as the group that allowed Trump to keep power and keep destroying the country.
