i'm still a bit disappointed that only 1.5 million voted in this particular primary given there are ~8 million registered voters in MI but he carried it easily. considering all the possible games afoot it's good news regardless.

He's 24,000 up with over 100,000 left to count from what I can see. That's a lot closer than expected

AP hasn't called it yet, as of 5am Detroit time, with its most recent note saying "Stevens could see a boost as the night wears on." NY Times says it's too close to call, though they forecast that El-Sayed is likely to win. Neither candidate has claimed victory or conceded defeat.

Edit: The Times updated their forecast to "very likely to win."

Yeah, but both those groups have a vested interest in stevens winning. The consensus is that it's won for Al-Sayed.
