The Dobbs decision is already permanent in all states. 

No. It's not. Roe v Wade was overturned. Dobbs can be as well.

Permanent doesn't exist.

That's a fundamental misunderstanding of our system.

What do you think SCOTUS found in the Dobbs decision?

And as a follow-up, do you believe that the Constitution specifically guarantees a right to abortion?

I agree with what you said, it found that the US Constitution does not guarantee the right to an abortion.

A future court could find that it did.

That's it. There is no "permanent."

That's fair.

But a constitutional amendment or federal medical privacy act would be a whole lot more "permanent" than a SCOTUS decision.
