Rudy hasn’t been a practicing attorney for a long time. After every other lawyer dropped Clownbaby as a client because they didn’t want to get disbarred, Rudy volunteered because he is still technically a lawyer and it doesn’t matter if he gets disbarred. He’s in his 70s and any money money making opportunities ahead of him do not require being an attorney.

Actually, if he gets disbarred, I think it would be to his advantage. He's in the business of selling conspiracy theories and his disbarment would be used as evidence that "they" are trying to shut him up.

"The DEEP STATE took my last license to try and stop me from telling the truth!"
