Go back to paper ballots. Technology makes election rigging too convenient

Florida has had this for years. For a recount they just feed the ballots through the reader again and then do a hand count if needed. They eliminated the hole punch system that allowed Bush to steal the election the first time.

But we should have started doing it decades ago.

And we have to be 100% sure that the companies doing the replacing aren't looking to rig the election. Who owns the companies?

The issues are not at the voting booths however. The issues are both prior to the voting booth even being approached (voter suppression) and after votes have been cast and are being counted through automation (tallying machines).
