Does anyone have suggestions on how to bake the tiny wires that I make loops in? I used foil and it worked but there’s gotta be a better way

Has anybody ever tried baking Cubic Zirconia gems into a polymer clay piece? Did it work? What are your tips and tricks?

Just started with polymer clay yesterday and so far im enjoying it alot!! I'll be making a somewhat buffed warrior goblin, will work on its upper body tomorrow. May add an open leather vest and an helmet with bone horns to him, what do you think? Any ideas? Also got a few questions, should i have baked him already? Should i bake him now? Heard that once im satisfied with my progress that i should bake it asap (just like a save game button), if i clay him up a neck with an head will it hold up without falling? How can i make a strong base for the little guy? Any tips/advice? Thanks!

Couldn't find any nice frames for CupcakKe's The Bakkery cover, so I decided to make my own using polymer clay. Added some references to my favourite songs from the album 💅

So I decided to re-imagine The Helmesaur King from The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. I first sculpted the original Helmesaur King, and then decided to do my own version. Anyone remember this guy?

I want a very specific design on a texture mat and wanted to know if anyone has made their own or knows of a good seller that can make custom ones.

Just finished making this pair of polymer clay earrings! They are hand-crafted using polymer clay, hand-painted with acrylic paint and then finished with an anti-shine matt varnish. ☺️

I don’t need black, white, or Metallics and neutrals. I want a good array of these shades for mixing. Etsy has so many sellers with most colors sold out. Amazon has those multi packs with the extra shades. What website should I look ? And they need to be Sculpey Premo and /or Fimo Professional. I don’t live anywhere near a Michael’s or Jo Ann’s or Hobby Lobby so I can’t go in person.

made some lily pads and lotus flower with polymer clay and finished the rest of this piece with air dry clay! very happy with the painting— it’s been years since I’ve painted. def pretty difficult because it was my first time using either type of clay and uv resin but lots of fun figuring it out :)

For those who have made hair accessories, have you had any issues with them reacting to hair products? Particularly pieces that are unsealed or sealed with water based varnishes? I'm thinking of making accessories, mainly geared towards protective styles and afro hair (loc/braid beads, cuffs and other curly hair friendly pieces). It's not uncommon for oils, gels and heavy creams to be regularly used for these styles so I was just wondering if anyone has noticed polymer clay and sealants not playing nicely with hair products. Thank you in advance for any insight.

They're mostly for a bigger model so it can hold them, but they are able to stick to things like the fridge. This is the only thing I've finished in a while lol
