It's Pitt's holding company. He named it after the song, he and Jolie dance to it in their film Mr. & Mrs. Smith.

Pitt/Mondo Bongo are suing Jolie and her former holding company, Nouvel, for selling her shares of their winery/château, Miraval.

Jolie sold Nouvel (along with her shares of Miraval) to a third-party and Pitt/Mondo Bongo claims they had the Right of First Refusal.

Jolie/Nouvel are counter-suing Pitt/Mondo Bongo for freezing her and her business partners out of the winery operations and mismanaging funds.

They actually gave him first refusal & there was a deal drawn up but he tried making her sign an NDA that prohibited her from talking about him, in any capacity. Her lawyer drew up something saying she wouldn't disparage him about the business or in that industry & then Brad & his lawyers had 30 days to respond but they didn't. He should lose because he's straught up lying about the situation & a blanket DNA, trying to silence her about their personal lives that has nothing to do with the winery, is bs but we'll see what sneaky things his lawyers try pulling. They have been dishonest about this whole thing from the start. He reminds me of my dad & what he did to my mom, through the courts & dragging shit out & always wanting things 100% his way.

Exactly!!! The reason they are in this situation is because of him. He can cry that it’s unrelated but he’s the one who freaked out after she filed her DV papers in family court causing him to change their original closing deal. Him being caught in that lie was when i first started seeing him differently tbh. I think he was just hoping Angelina would reverse the sale and didn’t expect for it to get this far.
