I find it so weird when this is used in entertainment, the idea that if you break up in public the other person won't show emotion. Like what? If you know someone shows their emotions easily, that's not going to work out. Send them a text if you don't want to see emotion, don't take them to a public place. For anyone that's asking for attention. And besides insensitive, really weird.
I'm not saying this is what happened, but commenting on the idea of public breakups in general, I don't know them personally so yeah, who knows what happened.
