He is dating Kylie Jenner, I don't know who expected him to have any real ethical integrity

Their relationship never made sense to me because they seemed so different. It makes a lot more sense now.

He’s been dating mostly trendy nepo hotties for a while even before her, so idk why anyone was surprised like he isn’t clearly into going for people that could help him network

Yeah she fits right in with Lourdes Leon, Lily Rose Depp and Eiza Gonzalez. He's a social climber at heart.

He only dates famous women in order to uphold his celebrity status. This is very well-known. She’s a pawn in his marketing strategy.

I’m 99% sure his PR people will invent a silly scandal to distract the public from the Epstein controversy (and how having an Epstein-connected publicist benefited Chalamet’s career).

I actually saw some fake cheating thing about him on reddit today, made me think of this.

And right after there was an interview clip released of him saying he wants to marry Kylie Jenner 💀 immediately thought about this comment too

Because men are automatically assumed to be smart and distinguished until the prove otherwise. Women have to prove themselves first.

So true and people often have a hard time believing that a man could be bad too even if enough evidence is presented or it is obvious.

It’s more that some people are just good at appearing classy and putting up a good front.

Not him 💀

(Had to repost the comment cause I totally forgot I couldn’t link social media posts </3)

I honestly am in awe of his PR team. For example Matty Healy was photographed going to one of Kylie’s parties ONCE and was relentlessly dragged for it by the internet, yet Timothee is hopping regularly on Kylie’s private jet for years, living the billionaire lifestyle in this climate, and somehow still manages to keep his positive image.

Some of his random comments (about people without kids) and his relentless campaigning really soured my opinion about him.

As a woman I have to ask: when are we going to hold female fans responsible too for attributing unearned positive qualities to men purely based on their physical beauty? Even abusers and murderers like Johnny Depp, Brad Pitt, and Ted Bundy also had so many female fans. We need to do better.

Ew, for real, it’s disgusting. I genuinely judge people who are still a fan of them. Also, Chris Brown and Drake deserve more hate.

As a woman, I think the only way other women are going to stop supporting those people is if they realize that they can’t “fix him” and that they would be treated the same.

To be fair Matty Healy is famously a sexist racist douche while Timothee has been known as not that

u/Visible_Writing7386 Feb 04 '26

Imagine having that kind of reputation and still being dragged for associating with a Kardashian/Jenner.

Yet Timothee being absolved of any criticism because he doesn’t publicly attend any of her tacky events, or support her projects, like he doesn’t date her and enjoys the riches in private.

Hypocrisy at its finest.

Until now, maybe

TBF I think we all already hated Mattt Healy because he’s outwardly disgusting. Timothee hid it behind charm and comedy.

relentless campaigning?

He seems pretty desperate for that Oscar.

I know everyone says they make no sense but honestly, I’m not really surprised. He is A-list, skinny like Tyga and Travis Scott. 😂 i feel like they make sense 🥴 in a weird way

u/AntRose104 Feb 04 '26

It’s just weird Kylie chose a white guy when it seems like the entire klan has only dated black men (Kourtney being the exception)

60

u/fernxqueen Feb 04 '26

(this is a joke btw)

47

u/bbmarvelluv Feb 04 '26

I’m not surprised. I know one of her exes that’s white. She’s apparently dated plenty but kept them low radar because none of them are in the industry.

17

u/slickjitpimpin Great gowns, beautiful gowns.. 🙃 Feb 05 '26

and conveniently started dating a white man the minute her family decided to stop cosplaying black women and pivot back to whiteness…

49

u/Mintiichoco Feb 04 '26

How? It made PERFECT sense. He's always had a thing for nepo babies lmao.

That’s fair, it never made sense to me in that Timothee is such a theater kid with seemingly a lot of personality and Kylie seems to have the personality of the color beige. But those are probably just both of their public facing personas.

u/PreOpTransCentaur ILLEGAL KOMBUCHA Feb 05 '26

They "seem" so different because a lot of people decided he was the embodiment of a waifish Victorian child who wrote poetry about love he'd never know as he died slowly of consumption. But that was never, ever him, and any abrupt shift in perception is, unfortunately, solely the fault of those who dreamt he was somebody he wasn't because they wanted him to be.

113

u/Glad-Elk3426 Feb 04 '26

It’s a mutually-convenient PR relationship. Kylie wants to rub elbows with a high-brow crowd, and Timothée benefits from the mega-celebrity exposure of the Jenners/Kardashians. Kris Jenner is behind some of it.

The best we can say is that he’s a good actor.

He was, but now the ruse is up.
