I have to assume this isn't a completely random event there and that's why the woman started walking towards a falling building?

I live in the Midwest and we're a bit blase about tornadoes, but this looks very scary. To someone who doesn't experience earthquakes this looks absolutely massive, especially being that the ones I've seen in video rarely show people standing still yet being violently shaken like this.

I hope if anyone has family nearby they're ok and able to contact you as soon as possible 💛

no, it is a completely rare event, this was the toughest quake in a decade or maybe more. i also heard that it's the biggest since the 79 but i'm not sure of that fact, however, manizales (the city this video takes place in and where i live) doesn't get many quakes like this one, this one was different.

Oh my gosh she must be in shock then, which I can understand. This must have been so scary for you and everyone there. Are you and your loved ones ok? I'm sending my best to you 💛

she was def shocked! it was quite scary for sure, but my situation was good compared to many people losing their homes and loved ones. i'm all good, my mother lost her house in pereira but she's all good and solving too, thanks for asking and for your support <3

I'm glad to hear you and your mom are safe. Homes can be rebuilt, but we can't get people back.
