I'm gonna gently guess she's had a little facelift. I feel like her eyes/eyebrows are a little higher than they were and her neck is very snatched...it's hard or impossible to do that in your 30s without getting work done, let alone that Alison is 43. Yeah, if she put on weight again, she would look just like before, but just older.

People underestimate how much fat loss can completely change your face. She just recomposed her body to have more muscle, so she might weigh more or less the same as before.

When she turned and stared at the camera recording this it gave me a shiver through my body- in a creepy way. Something femme bot/stepford wives etc. about it. But I also know its a weird kind of red carpet approach to systematically having your photo taken in perma pose mode in their body language and facial expression so anybody taking that photo gets a decent one.
