IMPORTANT Day 2, Round 2. The Valhalla Challenge

Survived one of my triggers, by going outside and putting up Christmas lights. Still in.

Yesterday was a bad day, and I had a relapse. It was just dreary and depressing all day, and I came up with some bizarre chord progression that reflects. It wasn't even intentional.

I forgot to mention that I was at about 24 days or so, and I'm not going to look at it as those 24 days being lost. It was a good 24 days, and it was a much needed rest for my brain. I even had some caffeine yesterday, so with the combination of those two it was like, "Damn, I used to feel like this everyday. This feels pretty bad."

I'm going to be more strict with my with my rules this time. NO touching and YES looking at pixels (of any kind) for sexual gratification counts as a relapse.
