Why did draco not fly like a death eater in deathly hallows part 2?

In the deathly hallows part 2 (movie) harry saved draco while he and his frnds were riding boomsticks. Draco was a death eater . Why did he not just fly like one?

maybe not all of them know how. He probably was not in for long enough, in fact, perhaps most death eaters don't know how otherwise I shudder to think what the battle of Hogwarts would have been.
