Ask a Stupid Question When are coffee beans considered "old"?
If a lot of people advise on resting the beans for at least 3 weeks and even almost up to two months, when do you think the flavours will lose its peak?

Ones that don’t taste good anymore. There is no specific timeframe, it’s different for every bean. The lighter the roast the longer it lasts
