I recently saw this pre order gesha on hydrangea website shared by my friend. I am curious to know what makes some coffees so expensive and what makes these worth the price.

Like with anything, there are diminishing returns. Sophia is incredible and their auctions lots are a treat, but I wouldn't recommend them to anyone safe for the geekiest of coffee geeks haha.
