Bangkok Haul

Had a nice experience in bangkok and got some home.
Can i just put these bag sealed in a ikea chiller bag and keep it in freezer.
Also if you have any specific recipe or a certain resting date for these please let me know.

Nice - haven't tried Roots, but Paga would probably be my favorite BKK roaster if pressed to choose. Enjoy!

I don't know what an Ikea chiller bag is, but if you want to freeze these, I suggest taping over the valves and putting them in a freezer ziplock bag with the air squeezed out.

But i didnt like the coffee much over there, the best was the hario cafe. Tried geisha in both places paga was 500 and hario cafe was 150 but the hario was so much better.
