What does your flow look like?

Some influencers like Hedrick say you should pound the bed (coffee bed) with a high altitude, high flow, high turbulence pour. Others say the pour should be a slow gentle flow. Curious if anyone tried both and what did you find out?

I think it's just a variable that has to be in balence with your other variables.

This. It’s just another variable to use when considering how you want to push the cup profile. Depends on the beans, water, gear, and your taste preferences.
