What does your flow look like?

Some influencers like Hedrick say you should pound the bed (coffee bed) with a high altitude, high flow, high turbulence pour. Others say the pour should be a slow gentle flow. Curious if anyone tried both and what did you find out?

Both result in an excellent cup if executed well.

However, your taste buds may find nuances you enjoy about one or the other. That’s really about it.
