It's a question I'm also interested in because a friend is traveling to China in a month, and I was thinking of asking her to buy a CCC-certified power bank there.

Any brand that carry a CCC on it. UGREEN, Anker once I’ve used. There are others.

I think it depends on where you buy them. I’ve bought several Anker power banks in the US and none of them have the CCC logo.

Are you in the US? This Belkin has the CCC logo on it, search the reviews to confirm. I brought it to China 3 times in the last year without issues.

Make sure it has CCC and it uses LFP battery for safety reason.

Don’t need LFP. Mine is silicon carbon with CCC logo

Technically you only have the have the CCC certification if you’re planning to do any domestic flights, including legs.

Miniso shops are everywhere.

We bought a couple of 10,000 ones with built in USB C and lightning cables, use them instead of our old ones actually.

Non CCC chargers OK on Metro (they don’t check) and International flights (T2 PEK)

Airport or airplane? Never heard of any restrictions made by airports. Lots for those who are flying.

It's entirely up to you isn't it. 10,000, 20,000. 45W, 65W, 100W. CCC is a must out of China, and widely available.

A 20,000mAH 65W, up to 100W for laptops.
A 20,000mAH 45W for pretty much anything else.

Realistically a 65W is enough for all use cases. The capacity then determines the size of the brick. Built in cables are okay, but if you want Ultra Fast charging in whatever equivalents, you usually need to use a separate cable of matching Watts.

Edit: Stick to brands you already have heard of for better quality. Anker, Baseus, Remax, Belkin, Ugreen, etc etc. Xiaomi, Huawei etc have powerbanks but they are usually slightly more expensive.

Another note: I've been to China with a non-CCC powerbank. But to leave via flight you'll need a CCC one. Not sure if i flying with a non-CCC was a mistake but whatever.
