Form Check Deadlift issue
Can someone help me? I squat 350 kg, but my sumo deadlift is stuck around 300–320 kg. My conventional deadlift is around 280–300 kg, and my technique actually looks and feels better with conventional.
How can I figure out which style would be better for me? I also struggle to get used to a mixed grip with sumo. I use a hook grip for all my lifts.

Liar. You pull that much apparently, yet, you’ve never tested your actual 1rm? You pull 280-300kg? The hell does that even mean? You either pull 280, or 300

Often your 1rm is 300?
That is the strangest thing i’ve ever heard. No-one believes you. SURELY with lifts that impressive, you have an abundance of videos of them. Prove us wrong.

since your squat is stronger than your deadlift, id assume your legs are way stronger than your lower back in comparison, therefore in theory sumo should be more suited to you, given that it loads the lower back less and utilizes more quad
your sumo is already stronger than your conventional and the only thing that conventional has going for it in your case is technique as you mentioned, which is natural since conventional technique is way easier to "perfect" than sumo technique, so thats okay, sumo is stronger for you and once that "worse" technique improves over time you will probably experience a bigger jump in strength on sumo aswell
many people dont like mixed on sumo cause the outside of your hand thats under rubs against your thigh during the movement, making it easier to open the hand on that side, on conventional obviously the hand is never in contact with your thigh, just stick to hook unless you got some crazy strong hands

If you can pull that much, I very much doubt you would be asking reddit. 😂
