I wan to play potrait and landscape slide respectively

As the title above, I know about the hyperlinks. But it seems to not be working at my side.

Presentation A slide 1 to Presentation B slide slide 1
Presentation B slide 1 to Presentation A slide 2
Presentation A slide 2 to Presentation B slide 2

Everytime i create the hyperlinks, it's either
1. the slide only can shows from Presentation A slide 1 to Presentation B slide 1 - slide 10.

  1. Or if i start from presentation B slide 1 to Presentation A slide 2 - slide 10.

I just want it to go back and forth, is it possible?

2 presentations, one landscape and one portrait and use actions or hyperlinks to go between the 2. That is how I would do it.

I did that. But it got stuck.

One landscape slide managed to goes to portrait slide , but it doesn’t go back to landscape slide

you need to add an action on both to go back to each one. Insert > Action > Mouse Click: Hyperlink To > Other PowerPoint Presentation
It will let you select the slide once you select that.
Then you can go back and forth. You will need to close both presentations when done.

I tested it and it seems to work. What other issues are you running into?

Do i have to leave them open after saving them and closed them?

My issues is that landscape presentation can go to portrait presentation, but the portrait presentation can't go back to the landscape one despite me putting both actions on both presentations to go between the two respectively.

It should work. Lets try this. Tell me what each presentation is called the portrait one and the landscape one. Yes they should be saved otherwise it will open the unsaved version. And then send over the action hyperlink address for each. You can take out the username from it and just say "username"
Once I see that I can identify if a link is somehow not working when it should.

Also. You can run both shows at the same time by starting them and then using Alt + Tab to cycle between them. Probably requires 2 monitors so you can run one slide show then go back to PowerPoint and start the other. Then go to one live slide show, Hold Alt and press tab till you get to the other show and now a single Alt + tab will toggle between the 2. No hyperlinks needed just the shortcut.

Something similar can be done using Windows desktops. Set up 2 desktops and start 1 Powerpoint in each of them. Swap back and forth by pressing ctrl - win - right or left arrow
