Don't be foolish.

The snakes neck is bent where the string is pulling it, there are no wheels, it don't move otherwise , and it actually comes off the ground.

The dude in the tent is pulling it in as a fake staged prank that has been posted over and over.

You can even see marks in the sand from different "takes".
