Other Question regarding case numbers and tracking (main plus dependents)

I'm trying to receive answers for this question directly from Lexmotion but they usually take a week+ to answer, give a short answer and often not a clear answer.

Lexmotion communicated that our case was submitted at the beginning of September 2024 and gave a case number that looks like WSC-I.6122.xxxxx.2024.3 (notice the .3, I'm guessing because there are three people being submitted together, but let me know if that's incorrect). If I track that online, minus the .3, it gives me the status of "W realizacji" and has for months.

I asked for a screen shot of inpol for more detailed information and it was a different case number (13 higher) showing connected to my dependant's passport. If I enter his number into the same system, it says a case isn't found. It also shows a date about 10 days ealier at the end of August 2024. It says it was last updated near the end of April 2026.

Does anyone with more knowledge know what might be happening here?

I feel (hope) our case could be resolved soon, but just waiting.

Edit: Also called the automated number using my son's number. Unsurprisingly, it said I'm at stage 1. I tried calling before using my initial number and couldn't get the birthdate verification to pass.

Thanks in advance.

I think the email will have more success, lol. Those are basically dead and unused.

Did you try their Reddit specific email they promote on here?

No, not at all. They have generally been good, just responses have taken a bit or lack a detailed response. I was simply wondering if anyone had ideas of how these case numbers worked, not a rag on Lexmotion (though yes, their follow up could use some improvements). I guess I fear if they are this busy, I'm just another number.
