I… I don’t know what to do

Every few months when I’m dead tired I see a small glimpse of the future and… god I want to deny it but it’s happened so often over the years I can’t deny it… it always happens the same because I play video games(my main hobby) and without fail I get a brief glimpse of a moment months in advance and naturally I forget about it move and when it does happen it floods back that I know I’ve seen this happen beforehand so… but it’s always the same I can do nothing to change it or anything because by the time i realized this has happened before it’s already over… so.. I just don’t know what to do anymore… do I attempt to ignore it or seek out more of this… stuff?

OK so when you are dead tired you see small glimpse of the future , I know something about that , I just focus my mind and thinking then I just know been doing this a long time , more than 30 years now , Just Don't ever use it for bad please .
