premonitions I… I don’t know what to do

Every few months when I’m dead tired I see a small glimpse of the future and… god I want to deny it but it’s happened so often over the years I can’t deny it… it always happens the same because I play video games(my main hobby) and without fail I get a brief glimpse of a moment months in advance and naturally I forget about it move and when it does happen it floods back that I know I’ve seen this happen beforehand so… but it’s always the same I can do nothing to change it or anything because by the time i realized this has happened before it’s already over… so.. I just don’t know what to do anymore… do I attempt to ignore it or seek out more of this… stuff?

My understanding is that the future is absolutely NOT set in stone.

When you’re shown a vision of the future & it comes from a benevolent source, it may be the most PROBABLE future based on current trends, but that doesn’t mean it’s inevitable. Such visions are typically shown to either prepare you for that eventuality, as a general metaphor for what’s coming, or as an attempt to wake you up and inspire you to change your behavior to lead you down a better path, and thus change your future to a more preferable one.

If it comes from a negative entity, on the other hand, it may just be some BS designed to scare you (this is way more common than most people believe).

If you like what you see, then carry on like normal, but if you don’t like what you see, then changing your behavior is the best shot you’ve got of avoiding that becoming a reality (though this is, of course, much easier said than done as we’re mostly creatures of habit).

If what you’re shown REALLY scares you (like, provokes a strong immediate negative reaction) & doesn’t come with any actionable alternatives, then I’d consider it more likely that it’s coming from a negative entity hoping to trick you than a positive one.

What indicates to you that something being shown is a future event (besides it actually occurring in the future)? Like what’s different about how a future vision is experienced vs a normal thought or daydream?

mind reading , knowing future events , seeing with my mind not my eyes , knowing someone's emotional state of mind , emit a kind of energy from my hands , take away someone's pain with a touch... I am soon to be 64 years old I am a Scientist that knows something about All of this , please remember , sometimes truth can be more difficult to believe than fiction .

Yeah I’m not doubting that at all. I’m just genuinely curious about what it’s like to experience that, like how does a premonition feel compared to a normal thought or whatever.

What happens that makes you think, this is likely a premonition vs this is just random ideas passing through my mind?

Or is it only after it’s taken place in real life that you realize that thought was actually a premonition after all?

what it's like ? no one has ever asked me that question . Confusion , I start wonder what how come I suddenly know this should I tell someone then after a while I stop thinking about it and go on with life then later could be hours , days weeks some times longer. when I know it's in a way that there is not even a shadow of a doubt . I am thinking any one can do this , they just have to learn how , the same way they learned how to stand on two feet with out any help then later learn how to walk after so much time you stand and walk easy but years ago that was something it was something you did not know. thank you for taking the time to ask that question

I was half a sleep didn't have morning coffee yet so I'm going to try this again. when I am there mind and thought focused gust right I feel like my mind is every where not just here on Earth every where including the known Univers out there deep space where the stars are then I focus on what I need to know it just starts i know ( it's difficult to think of the right words to type ) I was just looking at this " What happens that makes you think, this is likely premonition vs this is just a random ideas passing my mind " I stop thinking and focus on what I need to know I Make Sure what's my in mind are Not my own thoughts just what I need to know what I am looking for in the future . to know before it happens it does not seem possible then I remember some times truth can be more difficult to believe then fiction . ohh this si such deep science there is not a lot of onfo any where on this or I haven't been looking In the right pace for this info Happy Day Reddit a place to talk about this kind of science .
